Together, let’s give children the chance of an accurate diagnosis!

Sometimes, the answer to an important question can change a whole life. Especially when it comes to a child’s health and their future.

Angelina is a little, smiling girl who faces a difficult journey every day. Despite her sincerity and cheerfulness, she lives with serious diagnoses: neurodevelopmental epileptic encephalopathy, psycholinguistic developmental delay and autism spectrum disorder. The girl does not speak and does not understand spoken language, so she finds it difficult to express her needs, wishes and emotions.
The family works constantly with early intervention specialists, but in order to determine the next steps in her treatment and rehabilitation, Angelinka needed to undergo a crucial genetic test.

Thanks to the support of donors, the Bonum Ukraine Charitable Foundation covered the cost of the necessary genetic tests for Angelinka. The test results will help doctors better understand the causes of her developmental disorders and draw up a step-by-step plan for her future care.
