After his birth, Maksym was admitted to the intensive care unit due to hypoxia and brain hemorrhage. Then the child was put into a medically induced sleep and transferred to the intensive care unit of the Romodanov Institute of Neurosurgery in Kyiv for 3 months. After examining the child, the doctors diagnosed microcephaly, delayed neuropsychiatric development, left-sided hemoparesis, episindrome and many other complex diseases.
At 4 months old, Maksym could not suckle on his own, he was fed through a tube.
His parents began to look for ways to help their son. Maksym started attending rehabilitation 4 times a year, swimming pool, classes with a speech therapist, occupational therapist and other specialists. These sessions helped. Today, Maksym attends school on his own and can walk, although he still has problems with his musculoskeletal system.  The Foundation took care of Maksym's rehabilitation and paid for a course of classes with specialists.
After the course, the child's hand tremors decreased, his sleep improved, he began to walk better, and he complains less about the pain in his legs and arms.
“Maxim is happy. His eyes are shining. He performs all the tasks with such enthusiasm, and every step forward is a small miracle for us. I am also happy to see him like this. This is more than just a program - it's a gift of life,” says Maksym's mother.

Of course, this rehabilitation was possible thanks to caring people who donated money to the Foundation for the boy.
“We are infinitely grateful to everyone: those who helped, donated, reposted, liked - you have become part of our story. Your foundation fulfills a real mission - a good, important, vital one,” says the boy's mother, and we join her words - ”Thank you всім♥️ for your help!”
