Meet Mark, the smiling Cossack !

Mark is a cheerful, intelligent, and very inquisitive boy. He reads well, counts, studies English, and is already in second grade. But, unfortunately, he cannot walk on his own yet...

Before the war, his small family had many happy dreams. But everything came to an end.
Mark lost his father in the war — the best father in the world...
The family was left without support. Without their most precious person.

His mother and father struggled with their son's diagnosis — cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis.
“We always believed that Mark would be able to walk. And I have no right to stop. I am doing everything in my power to help him!” says the boy's mother.
His mother cannot go to work because she devotes all her time to her son. And there is a catastrophic lack of funds for ongoing rehabilitation.

The Foundation paid for another course of rehabilitation for Mark.
And there is great news!

After the sessions, Mark became stronger and more resilient.
He walks better with support, sits confidently, and keeps his back straight. His limbs have become more mobile, and his muscle tone has decreased — it is easier for him to move!
“I am very proud of my son! It is tremendous work. Not every adult can do it. But he is patient, persistent, and courageous. I believe that he will achieve his dream!” — his mother shares.

Such words are inspiring!  It is for such results that we work!
