Maxim's success!

Maksymko was born prematurely, at 35 weeks of pregnancy, weighing 1990 grams. Unfortunately, the baby was admitted to the intensive care unit immediately after birth.

The boy developed beyond his age, only at 10 months he was able to sit up on his own, and at one and a half years old he started walking. After Maksym fell ill with several severe infectious diseases (chickenpox, coxsackie virus, cytomegalovirus), he was again in the intensive care unit. As a result of the disease, he stopped walking, talking and even crawling.

It so happened that Maxim's grandmother became his official guardian, who puts her heart and soul into her grandson and fights tirelessly for his health. Today, Maxim does not serve himself, is constantly in diapers, has psychosomatic problems, is very nervous and needs outside care around the clock. He is home-schooled because he cannot attend school due to his condition.
The Foundation supported Maksym and helped with his rehabilitation.

Rehabilitation is the only chance to improve his condition and give him opportunities for further development and socialization,” says the boy's grandmother.

After the first lessons, the boy has good results: the tone of the muscles of the whole body has improved, his legs and arms stopped hurting, after training in the pool he became a little calmer, his night sleep improved, he began to walk correctly (he has a clubfoot).
