The Bonum Ukraine Charitable Foundation financed another course of rehabilitation for nine-year-old Iryna, a girl with congenital muscular dystrophy, severe motor disorders, contractures, and bilateral hip dislocations. Despite her difficult diagnosis and inability to stand upright, Iryna remains active, sociable and incredibly persistent. She is an excellent student and dreams of becoming a doctor so that she can help children the way they are helping her today.
Her parents have been fighting for every movement their daughter makes for many years. In order to perform the necessary hip joint surgeries in the future, her muscles need to be strengthened, and this is only possible through regular rehabilitation.
Each course brings Iryna noticeable results: pain is reduced, mobility and overall condition improve.
For Iryna, rehabilitation is not just support. It is a chance to live more actively, move without pain, continue to dream and, step by step, get closer to her goal — to become a doctor and give hope to other children.
The Foundation sincerely thanks you for your video review — it inspires us to continue supporting children who fight every day for the opportunity to live a full life. And we are infinitely grateful to our benefactors.
Let's continue to help children together! All funds received from benefactors are provided to children in full by the Foundation.
We dream that all children will have a healthy, happy and joyful childhood.
