Help for Varvara: surgery and implants paid for by Bonum!

Four-year-old Varvara has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, has undergone a shunt procedure for hydrocephalus and has had surgery for craniosynostosis. The little girl bravely underwent corrective osteotomy of the pelvis and femur, followed by internal fixation. This is a vital treatment that helps to correct the position of the bones and brings her closer to her main goal of walking unaided.

The Bonum Ukraine Charitable Foundation paid for Varvara’s operation on her left leg this summer, and she has now undergone surgery on her right leg. The Foundation also funded the necessary metal plates.
