From surgery to first steps: Alisa on her way to dancing!

Alisa is an incredible girl who wants to dance and will soon be able to do so.
We are all delighted for our ward Alisa, and we have wonderful news — the surgery to remove the metal structures was successful, and doctors are noting positive progress in her recovery.
Last year, Alice's mother contacted the Foundation — the girl urgently needed to have the growth zones of her right tibia blocked and the shortening of her left tibia corrected. Thanks to our donors, we were able to help, and Alice underwent a long course of treatment and recovery.
❤️‍🩹Recently, the girl underwent a second surgical procedure — the removal of titanium plates, which was also fully funded by the Foundation. Now her legs are straight and developing properly.
Ahead lies an important stage of rehabilitation, which will help Alisa move confidently and fulfil her dream of dancing.
