14 years of struggle and resilience: support for Bohdan from Bonum

Bohdan is 14 years old, and throughout his life he has bravely overcome immense challenges. Born severely premature, the boy has been fighting for his life from the very first days. Prolonged intensive care, a diagnosis of cerebral palsy, severe damage to the nervous system, numerous surgical procedures, a gastrostomy and a tracheostomy have become part of his daily reality. Due to his condition, Bohdan cannot sit, walk or speak unaided, and requires special medical equipment and constant care to support his vital functions.
Despite all the difficulties, Bohdan continues to work hard in his rehabilitation sessions, as these are what help maintain his health and prevent complications.

Thanks to the financial support of the Bonum Ukraine Charitable Foundation, Bohdan was able to undergo another course of essential rehabilitation, which is an integral part of his life.
